Omakase (お任せ) translates to "I leave it up to you." It is a Japanese dining style where the chef curates a multi-course meal based on seasonality, creativity, and the best available ingredients of the time of year.
The tasting menu is about twenty courses and typically runs 2 hours 15 minutes, depending on the number of courses and pace of service.
We do not offer a vegetarian or vegan dining experience. Seafood is integral to Edomae-style sushi and cannot be removed from the experience.
When your reservation is confirmed, you can note dietary considerations. We can only make accommodations for dietary considerations we know about ahead of time.
The menu includes alcohol that has been cooked off, soy, and seafood in a way that cannot be omitted from the experience to maintain the cultural integrity of sushi cuisine.
With seasonal variations, our menu can include different shellfish (crustaceans, bivalves, cephalopods, sea urchin), fish that do not have fins or scales, spices and peppers, wagyu ribeye and other options that can be substituted for our guests with forward notice.
Yes, we allow corkage with a fee of $50 per bottle, limited 1 bottle per guest/ corkage not allowed for option on our menu . Please note corkage with your reservation so we can confirm if it is on this season's beverage selection.

Smart casual is appreciated. Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes or colognes, as they can interfere with the delicate flavors of the dishes.
Sense of smell accounts for more than 80% of perceived flavor. Strong smells destroy the delicate balance of high-end sushi and intense aromas from perfumes, body sprays, or tobacco would not be allowed. The VOCs of strong perfumes cause an unsettling flavor that is not fair to the food, the chef, other guests, or yourself.
Guests of all ages are welcome with ticket admission and will be served the same tasting menu as every other guests. As this is around a 2-hour experience on the sushi counter in a communal setting, this is not recommended for younger audiences.
